can I have honey while breastfeeding??

I am extremely sorry for misunderstanding. my bad... yes you can eat honey but just one teaspoon a day bay be. if you feel it is causing any issues for the baby you can stop. issues like upset tummy or something since you are breastfeeding.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. you cannot give honey to the baby till completion of one year. it causes botulism in babies. if baby has completed six months you fan give regular and basic solid and semi solid foods. continue to breastfeed well also. take care.
