A. between birth to 6 months you have to give only milk to the child in diet (milk contains all the essential nutrients required for the growth of the child).
if the growth of the child is proper and the child is healthy then no health supplements are required.
the doctor will decide if the child requires vitamin d supplements as well as multivitamin and iron supplements after examination.
if you are taking the child in sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes daily than no need to give vitamin d drops
if the weight gain of the child is more than 20 to 30 gram per day there is no need to give any multivitamins.
please note that it is not advisable to give colic medicine / gripe water / ghutti / constipation medicine / bonissan as well as any otherd digestive medicines on regular basis because they are medicines and have side effects.

A. Zincovit drops are a dietary supplement containing vitamins and minerals, including zinc, which are often used to support infant nutrition. However, it's essential to consult with your pediatrician before giving any supplements to your baby, especially infants as young as one month old. Here are some general guidelines:
### Consultation with Pediatrician:
1. **Pediatrician's Advice:**
- Always seek advice from your pediatrician before starting any new supplement, including Zincovit drops. They can assess your baby's specific nutritional needs and recommend the appropriate dosage.
### Dosage Guidelines:
2. **Age and Weight Considerations:**
- Dosage instructions for Zincovit drops will depend on your baby's age, weight, and overall health condition.
- Typically, for infants around one month old, the dosage of Zincovit drops is determined by your pediatrician based on the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamins and minerals.
3. **Administration:**
- Zincovit drops are usually administered orally, either directly into the baby's mouth or mixed with breast milk or formula, as per the pediatrician's instructions.
4. **Follow Pediatrician's Instructions:**
- Your pediatrician will provide specific guidance on how many drops or mL of Zincovit drops to give your baby and how often.
### Monitoring:
5. **Regular Check-ups:**
- Schedule follow-up appointments with your pediatrician to monitor your baby's growth, development, and any potential side effects from the supplement.
### Safety Precautions:
6. **Quality and Source:**
- Ensure the supplement is of high quality and suitable for infants. Follow storage instructions to maintain potency and safety.
### Conclusion:
While Zincovit drops can be beneficial for meeting nutritional needs, particularly for zinc and vitamin supplementation in infants, it's crucial to use them under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Your pediatrician will consider your baby's individual requirements to ensure they receive the appropriate nutrients without any risk of overdose or adverse effects.
