can I give water for 7 months old baby she is formula milk fedding

giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 45 ml per day.)

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
but no need to give any formula feed to your child
you can give 30 to 50 ml boiled water to your child per day
please give easily digestible Food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
