can I give warm compress to nipple pain...does it dry out milk

A. Hello dear parent! Nothing to worry about it. You can definitely go for a warm compress on the paining area. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If the problem persists consult your doctor for further advice.
