Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana, chikoo.

Yes you can give it to the child if your child is able to digest it well that is how you can go ahead with it it is not a problem in fact we see as much healthy food you can start from the beginning itself it is going to be good for the child and moreover that your child should be able to digest it man
