can I give tea to my baby? she is2 yrs old n she's very fond of tea whenever v drink vth family she insist us to give tea to her also

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care
