ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. don't give or add in baby food of 8 month old baby.. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.

Yes Salt you can get properly into the food of your child as it is required for properties sure you should avoid as long as you can but a little bit of sugar if it is required you can use it but use only when it is unavoidable otherwise avoid Apple the age of one year
