Can I give rava idli with eno in it to my son? Is baking soda and baking powder safe for this age boy?

Dimpi LuthraMom of a 3 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. I am making rava idli without any eno salt and baking powder, you just have to make paste of rava and curd and give them rest of 2-3 hours then it will be perfect to make idlis.

One packet of eno can make a several idlis so if you give Idli to your baby he can hardly have at one or 1 1/2 maximum this much of intake of Eno is not harmful so yes you can give it But if anyhow you feel that your baby is a tummy is disturbed then stop giving it
