Q.

can I give ragi and bajra to 8 months old baby ...if yes than please do let me know how toake it for babies and how much quantity should I give to them

A. Yes ragi can be given and bajra can be introduced little later around 10 months as ragi and bajra both are millets and are dry in nature so take care of that

A. take one spoon of raagi powder and mix it in water while it's on heat,,,,,stir it till it becomes a thick paste,after a thick paste add ghee and salt to it ,,,,,now it's good to feed your baby.... for best ,add badam and cashew powder to it....

A. Ragi Can be given to the child but would be given after the age of one year the millet should not be introduced that only it’s very heavy for a child to digest so it is better that you go from here as of now you can give it once in a day easily but not bajra
