can I give plain egg omlet to ma baby boy? pls suggest me a perfect time if I can give him omlet

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with your question I would suggest always start with an egg yolk you can give a very small amount for say about one fourth of an egg you and see his response for any allergic reactions and then you can increase the amount once your baby has settled down with egg you can introduce egg whites as well there is no particular day or time of the day when you can introduce anything you should always be introduced in the beginning of the day
