CAN I GIVE PARACETAMOL AND IBUZAC AT SAME TIME.MY BABY IS HAVING FEVER AND COMPLAINING HEADACHE.PLEASE HELP🙏🙏

A. As far as possible don’t use ibuprofen and mefenemic acid for fever but only paracetamol with bit high dose

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr. presently give syp ibugesic plus 5 ml for fever and headache
