ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. can give no problem Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day. Visit ur pediatrician once.

Yes currently you can give it to the child no problems at all actually paracetamol would be the right medicine in case to be given for headaches and also you can give it to the child and if you want you can also repeat it after six hours if there is a discomfort to your child
