can I give palm jaggery and coconut jaggery to my son instead of sugar?he is 14 months.

A. yes, can give. jaggery is better option.Jaggery has many health benefits for babies, It contains iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamins B and C. helping overcome problems of anaemia caused due to iron deficiency.

A. Yes Yes absolutely if you have different alternatives to give to the child then you can go ahead with that whatever you believe is going to be more healthy for the child you can go ahead with that because sweetness sweetness no matter what kind of a sweetness you are adding to the food
