Can i give outside milk

A. No you cant give cow's milk to a 2 month old. You have to wait until they are a year old. A 2 month old babys stomach can not digest cow's milk. Also cow's milk contains high amount of protein and minerals and can stress a newborns immature kidneys and cause them to be very sick.
