can i give oats porridge to my 6m old baby?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, avoid giving oats to your baby at the age of 6 months. It fills baby’s small amount and reduces the appetite for other food. Oats can be given after 2 years.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom would be ideal if you could try to feed the baby some easy to digest food for now like suji , ragi porridge, soft cooked rice , mashed vegetables etc as the baby gets used to it gradually you may introduce oats
