A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine and tell till what time a supplement needs to be continued. but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child whichf contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplements cto the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation. it is important to give diet according to the need of the child which should contain proper amount of calorie and protein and at the same time kindly give plenty of water to drink and seasonal fruits and vegetables. kindly include recipes made from cereals and pulses complete the pending vaccinations and this will help in improving the immunity of dthe child. food should be home made and avoid any type of packet foods follow the above points to increase immunity of the child and decrease the chances of the child getting ill.
