can I give my three years old a Laanci-z ??As she has some kind of ulcer type ( not exactly ulcer, but couldn't get the exact term)

If You are also not sure what is the issue then I would not advise you to give any medicine to the child 1st to be sure what about it and you consult a doctor before you go ahead with any medicine we do not recommend you to self medicate the child at any point of time
