Q.
can I give my 2 months old angel formula milk along with bm..I feel that my bm has reduce down these days as my breast feels so soft and also I don't see any leaks. Earlier it used to leak a lot and also it used to become very hard..I am worried if my baby is getting enough bm..and also can I give her a spoon of apple puree once a day?

If the baby is satiated with your feeds then continue with breast feeding atleast for six months and then give formula milk and keep feeding well as due to stimulation milk flow will improve if want you can start giving shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals
