POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. You can mix a tea spoon of ghee in baby's pureed foods, but not in milk. Diluting milk with ghee will make it very heavy for baby to digest as the metabolism and immunity are still developing. It may cause indigestion, vomiting and loss of appetite. Ghee is good for weight gain, improves muscle and bones development and has anti fungal properties, but only when given in the right amount and right way.
