can i give meftagesic ds.. instead of meftagesic p... with half dose in it.. bcz my husband brought by mistake.. can i give.. it

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. doctor prescribed meftagesic p.. nd by mistake we brought meftagesic ds.. nd my boy is having 4 years 5 mnth weight 11 kg.. I gave 3 ml dosage is it ok?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. yes can give half the dose it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem . they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor. take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification
