can I give lemon juice to my 8 month old with little bit sugar

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give him home made lemon juice but instead of adding white sugar you can use jaggery powder that is much more healthier option that you can choose

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello additional sugar is not safe and you can replace sugar with jaggery or dates syrup in baby food which should be better and also a good option for the child .. lemon being citric may not be a good option till the child compltes one year
