can i give honey to my 6m+ old

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do not give to 6 + mth baby. This is because the honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning that is (botulism) in babies.

please avoid it
please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
