ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 hours agoA. hi mom make nuts powder of cashew, almonds , dry dates and add in milk , add cardamom powder, cocoa powder in it , can add jaggery powder if you want to make it more sweet

Before giving such marketed, healthcare, mixes and supplements to the child is important to ensure and get heads up from the paediatrician. Be mindful of the ingredients as some chocolate mixes may contain high amounts of sugar which are not suitable for young children.
