In 1.5 years, there are variety of nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet like rice with dal, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, pan cake, waffle, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, upma, seasonal fruits, rice with chicken and fish curry, dalia, mixed vegetable soup and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
