can I give giloy powder to my 2year 4month baby boy? he is complaining for stomach pain sometimes in a day for some days. He had fever also for some day but for 4days fever didn't come but still he is telling stomach pain plz reply soon.

Stomach pain can be due to gas or indigestion so give ajwain water to the child a couple of times in a day and stop giving milk to him for few days and instead give curd banana khichdi curd rice suji Upma poha apple and coconut water nimbu paani
