can I give ghee to six month old baby? also suggest the solids I can offer my baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes definitely ghee can be added to the baby food generally that’s made at home , and preferably cows milk ghee is the best . You can give the baby steamed and mashed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit juice or purée , porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix , curds , ghee etc
