can I give formula milk once in a day..I'm giving breast milk to my 2.5 months old baby but at night it insufficient for baby

You can give it number of times in the day if you feel your fee is less because at the end of the day it’s important that the child meets its need in terms of milk whether it is breastfeeding or formula that’s totally dependent upon the appetite of the child
