Q.

Can i give fepanil syrup inplace of Pacimol MF? If so what’s the dosage

A. yes you have to give paracetamol for fever as well as pain according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in exach 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the dxoctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child. paracetamol can be given max 4 times per day

A. I Don’t recommend you switching of the medicines if there is any issue that the first one is not available or any of the reasons that you have personally so you should consult your doctor has advised to go with these medicines that the right way to go about it
