can i give egg white to my 7 month old baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom would Suggest to start from the age of 8 month onwards as by then the baby would be used to some solids by then , you can opt to give only egg yolk now as whole egg can be introduced from the age of 1 year onwards
