can I give egg to my 7 months old baby boy? if yes which part of egg yellow or white?

Dear mum, you can give egg to your 7 months old baby if your baby is already used to having plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, cereal and pulses. You can give the whole egg. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.

Yellow What should only be given to the child up till the age of 12 months and egg can be introduced after your child completes the age of eight months not before that if you make sure that you do not introduce it now after the eight months of age you can definitely introduce it
