Author of questionMom of 3 children10 months agoA. I have already take a lactation tablet before leaving hospital..bt the effects only last for 4,5 days..can u pls suggest any suppliment

Yes if you have a low breast feeding you can always start giving formula milk to the child also to increase your lactation you can take a good lactation supplement you can check with your doctor and plenty of fluids and a protein would also help a lot
