can I give cwtzine syrup for running water from nose. If yes then what should be the dosing for 13months boy.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatmgbent consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be bveneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. cetzine is given as an anti allergy medicine for runny nose or watery eyes. but before giving it to the baby you must always consult your pediatrician itself once. the dosage depends on the weight of the baby. it's ideally given only once a day. baby is quite small and hence better to consult your pediatrician and only then give medicine.
