Can I give cow milk to my 9 month baby boy....

A. only after completion of cow milk. you can give breastmilk or buffalo milk. also start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly. give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

A. Though it is not recommended to give cow or Buffalo milk to the baby till 1 year, but it can be introduced slowly in the foods made from it like curd, buttermilk, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts, custard, kheer, dalia, etc. First, give in smaller quantities to check if baby is able to digest it well as it is heavy and takes time to digest and then slowly but ncreasr the amount if bsby takes it well.
