can I give cow milk to my 10 months old son. & he is 10 kg is it normal

for now you can start formula or buffalo milk.
cow milk and honey to be started after completion of one year.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Weight is absolutely normal
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Try to keep head up position while feeding
