can I give cow milk for one month old baby??

A. According to WHO standards, a baby should be given exclusive breastmilk till 6 months and supplementary food after 6 months. Continue breastfeed till the mother and baby wishes to. Cow milk is advised only after 1 year

No Animal milk is recommended to be given to the child before the age of 12 months so as of now you stick to formula milk if you do not have sufficient breastfeeding to the child but make sure no animal milk no full cream packet milk before the age of 12 months
