can I give colicaid syrup instead of colicaid drops to my three month's old daughter?

A. actually it is not syrup which is recommended because the proper dose which is required will be there in drops but in case it is not available you can give syrup in a proper dose

A. Nope ma’am You have to give drops only for initial six months to 1 year whatever medicine is given to the child is in form of drops only as syrups are not the right medicines at this age at this age only drops work whether you give it in the drop form or a ml form that is your choice
