Q.
Can I give coconut water to my baby on a daily basis? I usually dilute it with normal water in the ratio of 1:3 and give her only once or twice a week

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't dilute it n can give coconut water on daily basis.. do nit gi e more than 1 oz.. Coconut water is good, It is a great source of calcium, vitamin, mineral, fibers.
