can I give Coconut water to my 4and half months baby boy??...his birth weight was 2.4kg and now he is weight is 5kg...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no !! do not give coconut water before 6 month of age. Exclusive breast feed your baby 2- 3 hourly and on demand . try to feed longer from one side to get him hind milk.
