Madhura KapreMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. if elders in your house are telling you to try this then there is no harm in giving a very lil quantity of chuna... otherwise climbing exercises, cycling will help keeping the body height and weight in proportion.. also know that genetics play role in deciding body measures of one.
