prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables.
offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

Yup You can give it to the child will try to just give it one time in the day because it is just an introduction food for the child in the beginning after that we prefer that you should give proper food to the child which is home-cooked rather than going for any packet food any serial which comes in a packet
