Q.
can i give cerelac to my 7 month old baby at night? if I can, which flavour would I prefer? she is not sleeping well at night and having interrupted sleep only, ofter wakes up for feeding, that's why I'm asking, shall I give solid foods to her to make her stomach full.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give homemade food at night for dinner. Avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac as these are not as healthy as homemade foods.

please avoid formula food
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
you can give small quantity of soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana khir porridge
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
