Can i give cerelac to my 6 month old baby? And what all are the other food options that can be safely provided to the baby?

A. Dear mum, instead of giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac to your baby, prefer to give homemade food. You can give foods like homemade cerelac, ragi porridge, cereal pulse, kheer, vegetable purée, khichadi, dal rice. Seasonal fruits Curd, paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
