can i give carrot to my 6 month old baby does it cause sugar?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can give carrot puree to ur baby.. no worries. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, banana, avocado, apple.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes you can give carrot you can prepare carrot puree for your child. as such it can cause no problem. although if you have doubt , give other veggies like potao, sweet potato, pumpkin, bottleguard, Spinach, spongegurd, Ashgurd etc
