Can i give Badam to my 7.5 month baby and how to give?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give you can dry roast and cool make powder and Give or else it can be soaked over night and make it a paste and give as it is not possible for baby to chew it .
Also you if the baby accepts well and no Allergies as such noted you can use the same in some recipes
