can I give bacillus clausii spores suspension at a gap of 6 hours once like other syrups?

A. Please avoid any unprescribed medications. Dosage should be discussed with your doctor. But as far as I remember it should not be taken every 6 hours. My elder daughter used to take it twice in a day - once in the morning and once in the night. But please discuss with your doctor before using this.
