can I give apple to my 6 month old baby without boiling it??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Boiling should not be fond of fruits as it lead to loss of nutrients so you can little steam if the apple is too crunchy or hard otherwise grate it abd feed the baby

as baby can have comfortably
you can give fruits in puree mashed boiled form..
remember one new food one at a time
