Can I give Amul Gold full cream milk to my 13 yr old baby girl or only whole cow milk should be given? which would be a better choice among these 2.

Maam you can go for any milk of your choice is the thing is if you have a very reliable vendor where you know that the good milk is coming then you can go for regular cow or buffalo but if you’re not sorted or if you don’t have a good reliable vendor packet milk is much better
