can i give 2 time Rice in day to my 14 month baby? and also spices like chile

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. yrs, can give rice twice a day. your baby is 1 year old now, give all family food in roughly mashed form. maje sure that food should not too spicy ,salty and sugary.
