SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, there is no much benefits of saffron. So no need to add in the milk. When you prepare any sweets definitely you will be adding it so that much is enough. Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home.
