Q.

can I feeding mother eat mangoes.. here in our home it's totally restricted.. and bananas too..since they are high fibre.

A. Not at all you should have all the food that you want banana is the most healthy fruit that are mother can consume during lactation of pregnancy and mangoes equally good but the trick with mango is that you should keep it into water for 5 to 6 hours before consuming as a water is going to soak the extra heat so it is going to be much saver and this is absolutely not right that it is having too much of Phiber the highly rich in potassium so you should go for that
